Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our service. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Wallet Deposits

Wallet deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account, as they are crypto-funded. However:

• Unused wallet balance can be used for future orders indefinitely
• If deposit was credited in error, contact us within 24 hours

2. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded to wallet within 5 minutes of placement, before backlink processing begins.

3. Failed Orders

If our system fails to deliver the contracted number of backlinks within 7 days, you are entitled to:

• Pro-rata refund for undelivered backlinks (refunded to wallet)
• OR free replacement order of equivalent value

4. Quality Issues

If a delivered backlink is found to be:

• On a site with technical issues (404, server down)
• Removed within 30 days of delivery
• Not matching the contracted TLD or specifications

We will replace it free of charge upon verification. Replacement requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are NOT available for:

• Successfully delivered backlinks that meet specifications
• Ranking changes or SEO performance issues (we do not guarantee rankings)
• Orders cancelled by us due to Terms of Service violations
• Buyer's remorse after delivery begins

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement:

1. Contact us on Telegram @LinkDEXio
2. Provide your order number (LDX-2026-XXXXX)
3. Describe the issue with relevant details
4. Allow 24-48 hours for review

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds are credited back to your Linkdex.io wallet balance. We do not refund to original payment method (USDT) as crypto transactions are irreversible.
